Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure in good standing (state or compact).
• BCLS and ACLS certifications preferred per unit guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care per the nursing process.
• Assess, document, and report changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for care planning.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
