Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications, monitor effects, document in medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to develop care plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
