Job summary

Executive Jet Management, a Berkshire Hathaway company, operates a three-pilot Gulfstream 280 program based at KRDU (Raleigh-Durham, NC). The role focuses on professional, discreet service supporting a distinguished aircraft owner and involves leadership with an experienced crewmate.

You will maintain flight operation standards, complete planning, and deliver an exceptional service experience while maintaining regulatory training and aircraft readiness.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in corporate/business aviation is preferred.
• FAA Type rating in applicable fleet is required.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crewing and trip assignments comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Complete flight planning, performance and weight and balance tasks for each assignment.
• Lead briefings using the TPC methodology to mitigate operational risks.
• Maintain SOP compliance and coordinate with team to ensure security and safety.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address passenger needs.
