Job summary

DSA Inc.'s CIP team is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery of OT, data modernization, and cybersecurity initiatives for federal, defense, energy, and academic customers. The role blends program leadership, customer engagement, and technical collaboration with focus on PI System deployment and sustainment, budgets, schedules, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, IS, Cybersecurity, Energy Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs and projects that include the PI System.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting critical infrastructure, utilities, energy, or industrial customers.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple projects and task orders supporting critical infrastructure, OT, and data modernization initiatives.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers, technical teams and corporate leadership.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with commercial and university customers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and subject matter experts.
• Drive operational excellence through planning, metrics, resource management, and QA processes.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value through innovative technology solutions and strategic consulting.
• Support proposal development and business development activities.
• Help shape future CIP offerings in OT, industrial data systems, cybersecurity, AI-enabled analytics, and digital resilience.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
