Job summary

Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery of OT, data modernization, cybersecurity, and infrastructure projects for diverse federal, defense, higher education, energy, and commercial customers.

You will manage PI System deployments, mentor teams, and shape CIP offerings while driving customer value. The role combines program leadership, customer engagement, and technical collaboration in a growth-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Energy Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical programs and projects that include the PI System.
• Demonstrated success managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting critical infrastructure, utilities, energy, or industrial customers.
• Ability to travel as required (up to 10%).
• PMP certification (preferred).
• Master's degree in Engineering Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple projects and task orders supporting critical infrastructure, OT, and data modernization initiatives.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers, technical teams, and corporate leadership.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with commercial and university customers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and SMEs.
• Drive operational excellence through planning, metrics, resource management, and QA processes.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer value through innovative technology solutions and strategic consulting.
• Support proposal development and business development activities.
• Help shape future CIP offerings in OT, industrial data systems, cybersecurity, AI-enabled analytics, and digital resilience.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
