Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop a team of billers, coders, and collectors.
• Oversee charge entry, coding accuracy, claims submission, and denials management.
• Monitor metrics (A/R days, denial rates, net collections).
• Build scalable processes and reporting structures as the department grows.
