Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice (Pre-Suit & Lit)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Prepare medical chronologies and medical expense itemizations
• Prepare discovery responses for attorney review
• Draft pleadings
• Assist in trial preparation, including witness organization and exhibit lists
• Anticipate and identify clients'/colleagues' current and future needs
• Share information and offer ideas and solutions in a team environment
