Job summary

Alliance Clinical Network in Denver, CO is seeking an MD/DO physician with clinical research experience to serve as Principal Investigator and help build a brand-new clinical research site from the ground up.

You will provide medical oversight, ensure participant safety, review eligibility, and collaborate with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and site staff while maintaining compliance with ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with internal medicine, family medicine, or specialist background.
• Prior clinical research experience as PI/Sub-Investigator is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to participant safety.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP and FDA clinical research regulations.
• Board certification and DEA registration, if required by protocol.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the study physician and provide medical oversight for assigned clinical trials.
• Protect the safety, rights, and well-being of research participants.
• Review participant eligibility and oversee screening outcomes.
• Review adverse events and safety trends.
• Provide clinical guidance to Sub-Investigators and study staff.
• Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and Alliance leadership.
• Participate in site initiation visits, monitoring, and close-out activities.
• Maintain compliance with study protocols, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and FDA regulations.
