Job summary

Alliance Clinical Network is seeking an Internal Medicine/Family Medicine or Specialist physician to help build a new clinical research site in Denver, CO. This Principal Investigator will guide medical oversight and contribute to shaping the site's research portfolio while maintaining clinical engagement.

The role offers a structured support team, onboarding, and opportunities to advance as the site develops within a growing clinical research network.

Qualifications

MD or DO with Internal Medicine/Family Medicine or a Specialist background.
Prior clinical research experience as PI or related capacity is required.
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to participant safety.
Familiarity with ICH-GCP and FDA clinical research regulations.
Board certification is required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Serve as the study physician and medical oversight for assigned trials.
Protect safety, rights, and well-being of participants throughout the study.
Review eligibility and provide medical oversight of screening outcomes.
Review adverse events (AEs) and safety trends.
Perform or oversee study-specific medical assessments.
Provide clinical guidance and medical oversight to site staff.
Collaborate with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and Alliance leadership.
Participate in Site Initiation Visits, monitoring visits, and close-out activities.
Review clinical data including labs, ECGs, vital signs, and assessments.
Support timely safety reporting and medical documentation.
