Job summary

IMA Clinical Research is launching a new site in Cleveland, OH and seeks a Principal Investigator to lead Phase II–IV trials within our proven research framework.

The role offers a competitive compensation range ($250,000–$325,000) with potential revenue sharing. Candidates must hold an active medical license and have PI or Sub-I experience, plus GCP knowledge, to drive site growth and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent clinical degree required.
• Experience as PI or Sub-Investigator on Phase II–IV trials.
• Current GCP certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and FDA regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Principal Investigator of record for assigned trials (Phase II–IV).
• Conduct study-related medical evaluations and procedures per protocols.
• Monitor participant safety throughout study participation.
• Review protocols, informed consent materials, participant records, and regulatory docs.
• Assess participant eligibility and review clinically significant findings.
• Complete required study documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and internal teams as required.
• Help establish relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations.
