Job summary

The IMA Group is expanding its clinical research footprint and seeking a Principal Investigator for our Louisville site. This role offers the chance to lead Phase II–IV trials within IMA's established research framework, with both full-time and part-time options depending on study needs.

You will conduct medical evaluations, monitor safety, review regulatory materials, and collaborate with sponsors, CROs, and local providers to drive site launch success.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent clinical degree with active medical license.
• PI or Sub-I experience on Phase II-IV trials.
• Current GCP certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the PI of record for assigned clinical trials (Phase II-IV).
• Conduct study-related medical evaluations and procedures per protocol.
• Monitor participant safety throughout study participation.
• Review protocols, informed consent, records, and regulatory docs.
• Assess participant eligibility and review significant findings.
• Complete required study documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, and internal teams as required.
• Help establish relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations.
• Follow IMA workflows, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
