Job summary

Circle Integrated Care is hiring a Physiotherapist to join the MSK team in Rushcliffe. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a permanent contract and a salary up to £44,100 per year depending on experience, training and qualification.

You will work within Circle Health Group’s national network, contributing to high-quality musculoskeletal care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc(Hons)/MSc) with HCPC registration.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
• Able to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients across MSK, neuro, resp, ortho or post-surgical conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and goals.
• Apply evidence-based practice and educate patients to promote recovery.

We have an opportunity for a Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties Of This Role Include

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, respiratory, orthopaedic, or post-surgical conditions (dependent on setting).
• Formulate individualised treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Use a range of therapeutic techniques, exercise programmes, manual therapy, and patient education to promote recovery and prevent further injury or deterioration.
• Collaborate closely with consultants, nurses, occupational therapists, and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, ward rounds, and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Refer patients to other services where required (e.g., hydrotherapy, pain management, or community rehabilitation).
• Manage your own caseload efficiently, working flexibly across inpatient and/or outpatient settings as required.

Applicants Should Meet The Following Criteria

• BSc (Hons) or MSc in Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification).
• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy
• Strong understanding of clinical reasoning, assessment techniques, and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
