Job summary

Matrix Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a dedicated physical therapist for our Santa Monica outpatient clinic. You’ll provide hands-on therapy, differential diagnosis, and evidence-based care in a 45-minute session format with a support team, aiming to keep patients engaged and progressing.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient-centered communication with physicians and staff, and opportunities for clinical and professional growth through mentoring and rotations with university partners.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy (preferred).
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 45-minute treatment sessions with a dedicated aide.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy, differential diagnosis and therapeutic exercise.
• Communicate effectively with referring physicians and clinic staff.
• Mentor DPT students and participate in rotations with USC and Mount St. Mary’s.
