Job summary

The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse seeks to establish a pool of potential instructors for undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Physics. Instructors will be supervised by the relevant department chair and are expected to prepare and hold classes, evaluate student performance, and provide feedback. The position emphasizes maintaining a current understanding of course content and may include additional responsibilities such as student advising.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field or significant progress toward a doctorate.
• Post-baccalaureate certification or licensure in rare circumstances.

• Develops instructional design and curriculum relevant to the course.
• Serves as an initial contact for students regarding courses.
