Job summary

The Department of Chemistry and Physics invites applications for part-time (adjunct) faculty to teach entry-level Physics courses during Fall 2026 and Spring 2027, pending enrollment needs.

Successful candidates will be responsible for teaching lecture and/or laboratory courses in a face-to-face instructional format. These positions are temporary and part-time, and applications will be reviewed as potential openings arise.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Physics
  • Experience teaching in higher education preferred
  • Ability to teach entry-level physics lectures and labs

Responsibilities

  • Teaching entry-level Physics courses in Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
  • Lectures and/or laboratory courses taught in a face-to-face instructional format.
  • Positions are temporary, part-time, and reviewed as potential openings arise.
