• Design, engineer modules; qualify modules and sub-modules.
• Develop inspection/metrology systems for new products.
• Support physics-related applications and field issues in lab and on site.
• Define system requirements; troubleshoot problems and advise on issues.
• Plan projects selecting new concepts in physics for development.
