Job summary

ArchWell Health is a growing physician-led group delivering senior-focused primary care in community clinics. We are seeking a board-certified or eligible MD/DO in Internal or Family Medicine, ideally with geriatrics fellowship, to join our Denver-area team.

You will provide outpatient primary care, lead collaborative care teams, manage a manageable panel, and contribute to a model that emphasizes time with patients, quality metrics, and comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required; board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics welcome but not required.
• Active, non-probationary state medical license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to senior patients.
• Lead and participate in a collaborative care team to support patient needs.
• Address patients’ medical and social needs while delivering high-quality care.

Ideal candidates will be:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Have an active, non-probationary state medical license
• Be highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation
• Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underserved
