ArchWell Health South Bradenton is seeking a primary care physician dedicated to delivering high-quality outpatient care to senior patients in a community-focused setting. The physician will collaborate with a supportive care team, maintain a small patient panel, and emphasize relationship-based care in a modern clinic.

Ideal candidates are MDs or DOs board-certified/eligible in Internal or Family Medicine, with geriatric fellowship welcomed but not required, and an active state license.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, non-probationary state medical license.
• Collaborative and able to lead care teams with a patient-centric approach.
• Driven to care for the elderly and medically underserved.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care responsibilities only.
• Provide high-quality primary care to senior patients.
• Spend time with patients with small panel sizes to build relationships.

Ideal candidates will be:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required

• Confident in his/her ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
