Job summary

Swallowing Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a part-time physician (MD/DO) to join our mobile medical unit network serving Parkland, Port Charlotte and Bradenton, Florida. You will perform patient evaluations, supervise diagnostic testing, and assist with patient transport.

Requirements include an active Florida license, geriatric experience, EMR proficiency, and strong communication in a collaborative team setting. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida physician license.
• Geriatric experience required.
• Computer proficiency and comfort with electronic medical records.
• Ability to safely assist with patient transport and mobility.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate an average of 6-8 patients per day.
• Supervise diagnostic testing (modified barium swallow studies).
• Operate a Fluoroscopic C-arm.
• Assist with transporting patients into and out of the mobile medical unit.
• Complete electronic documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

Swallowing Diagnostics is seeking dynamic physicians [MD/DO] to provide on-site care aboard our mobile medical units. Our hands-on positions combine patient evaluations, diagnostic testing, and assistance with patient transport in a collaborative clinical setting. Positions available in Parkland, Port Charlotte and Bradenton, Florida ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate an average of 6-8 patients per day.
• Supervise diagnostic testing(modified barium swallow studies).
