Job summary

Swallowing Diagnostics Inc. seeks a part-time physician (MD/DO) to join our mobile medical team in Florida. Provide on-site evaluations, assist with diagnostic testing, and support patient transport aboard our mobile units. 2–4 days per week, Parkland, Port Charlotte and Bradenton facilities are mentioned.

The role requires an active Florida license, geriatric experience, and comfort with EMR systems. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida physician license.
• Geriatric care experience required.
• Computer proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
• Ability to assist with patient transport and mobility.
• Strong communication and collaborative approach.
• Languages beyond English are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate an average of 6–8 patients per day.
• Supervise diagnostic testing (modified barium swallow studies).
• Operate a Fluoroscopic C-arm.
• Assist with transporting patients into and out of the mobile unit.
• Complete electronic documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
