Job summary

Swallowing Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Physician to join our mobile medical practice, delivering on-site care across Florida. Applicants must have an active Florida medical license and geriatric experience, with EMR proficiency and strong communication.

The role involves patient evaluations, diagnostic testing, and assisting with patient transport aboard our mobile units, 2–4 days per week. This position offers flexible scheduling in Parkland, Port Charlotte and Bradenton, with

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Florida physician license.
Geriatric experience required.
Computer proficiency and comfort with electronic medical records required.
Ability to safely assist with patient transport and mobility.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Ability to communicate in additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Evaluate an average of 6–8 patients per day.
Supervise diagnostic testing(modified barium swallow studies).
Operate a Fluoroscopic C-arm.
Assist with transporting patients into and out of the mobile medical unit.
Complete electronic documentation accurately and efficiently.
Communicate findings and recommendations to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
