Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join Capital Medical Center in Olympia, WA. You will provide inpatient and ED urologic care, perform cystoscopies and other procedures, and participate in urgent surgeries as part of a growing team.

Requirements include WA licensure at time of employment, board certification or eligibility, and fellowship training in urologic oncology. MIS robotic experience is a plus, with opportunities for continued professional growth.

Qualifications

• Completion of Urology residency program.
• Fellowship in urologic oncology preferred.
• MIS robotic training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cover assigned MHS facilities as outlined in the practice plan.
• Perform inpatient and ED urologic consults and rounding.
• Undertake bedside procedures including cystoscopies and other urologic surgeries.
• Handle urgent/emergent surgeries and clinic follow ups.
• Manage in-basket and patient lists.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $625,000.00 - $625,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
