Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Physician in Urogynecology at Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT. The role emphasizes diagnostic excellence, medical management, and multidisciplinary coordination to deliver high-quality patient care.

The candidate will perform laparoscopic/robotic procedures, participate in a 4-day work week, and share on-call duties to support a comprehensive care model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of OB/GYN residency; fellowship in urogynecology preferred.
• Board certified or eligible in OB/GYN.
• Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert urogynecology clinical care and diagnostic excellence.
• Perform laparoscopic and robotic surgical procedures as part of care.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care for patients and ensure quality outcomes.
• Participate in a shared call schedule and a 4-day work week across clinic and OR.

Fellowship Training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery

About this role

As a Physician in Urogynecology, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will demonstrate excellence in your diagnostic skillset, medical management, laparoscopic and robotic surgical competencies, and multidisciplinary care coordination for our patients.

• This position includes a competitive base salary, $30,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, a training stipend for early signers, and up to $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicable.
• You will practice at Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital, in Provo, Utah.
• You will have a 4-day work week with time spent in both the outpatient clinical settings and the hospital / operating room.
• You will participate in a shared call schedule.

What you’ll bring

• Residency Training Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Fellowship Training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
