Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an OB/GYN physician to join Wasatch OB/GYN in Ogden, Utah. You will provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, including deliveries, surgeries, and clinic duties at McKay-Dee Hospital and nearby North Ogden Clinic.

The role leverages DaVinci Robotics, a Level II trauma center, and a Level III NICU, with a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient experiences and outcomes. A supportive environment with competitive base pay and incentives awaits.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • ACGME OB/GYN Residency completed.
  • Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN.
  • Active Utah medical license or ability to obtain one.
  • Active DEA license or ability to obtain one.
  • Must successfully complete Intermountain Health credentialing.
  • BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide OB/GYN care including deliveries and surgeries at McKay-Dee Hospital.
  • Perform clinic duties at Wasatch OB/GYN and North Ogden Clinic.
  • Utilize DaVinci Robotics for applicable procedures.
  • Collaborate with anesthesia, NICU, and MFM teams for patient care.
  • Support a positive patient experience and high-quality outcomes.

About this role:

As an OB/GYN physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.

  • You will join Wasatch OB/GYN , a thriving generalist practice of ten physicians, four APPs, and friendly experienced staff.
  • All deliveries, surgeries, and most clinic practice will be done at Intermountain's McKay-Dee Hospital Campus, a Level II Trauma Center located in Ogden, Utah. We also practice at nearby North Ogden Clinic.
  • You will have access to Da Vinci Robotics
  • McKay-Dee Hospital is home to a level III NICU
  • Full-time MD Anesthesia coverage
  • MFM clinic onsite, with consult available after hours via telehealth.
How we'll support you:

You'll have a guaranteed base salary, with opportunities for productivity and quality incentives. You'll receive a $30,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, and up $75,000 in student loan assistance. This position also includes a monthly stipend for early signers in their final year of training.

  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 - $999.99
