Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience
• Lead healthcare management to ensure smooth medical model execution, collaborating with therapists and specialists for optimal outcomes
• Manage clinicians and support staff, ensuring compliance with supervisory requirements
• Create a professional, collaborative working environment
• Work with leadership to improve clinic operations continuously
• Maintain relationships with clients and payers

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license
• Unrestricted DEA and dispensing licenses for the state (required before start)
• Eligibility for Medicare participation
• Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain

This position offers a base compensation range of $248,000 to $296,000, depending on experience, location, and seniority.
