Join our team as a Physician with Indigo. This is a Float Pool position for our Puget Sound Region Urgent Care Clinics.

Regions:

• North Region: Marysville, Lake Stevens, Mill Creek, Shoreline, Bothell, Kirkland, Issaquah, Sammamish, Redmond, Bellevue
• Central Region: Seattle, West Seattle, Tukwila, Burien, Kent, Federal Way, Covington, Maple Valley, Milton, Auburn, Bonney Lake, Orting
• South Region: Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Puyallup, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full Time: 14 shifts/month, schedules created two months in advance with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
• Schedule: 8am-8pm
• Compensation: Earning potential of $350k+, with market-leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Physicians.

Position Summary

Indigo Health seeks an experienced Physician for our float position supporting urgent care clinics. Providers are passionate about modernizing medicine, working at the top of their license, and mentoring peers. We offer a collaborative, supportive environment with a focus on quality care.

The Opportunity

• Clinic hours: 8 AM to 8 PM, 7 days a week.
• Schedule created 2 months in advance; may vary for float team members.
• Must be confident in suturing, splinting, minor procedures, x-ray reads, treating all ages, autonomous practice.

Requirements

• Board certified/eligible at employment start.
• Washington license (active/good standing).
• DEA, NPI, prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS certification from AHA.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in UC, ED, or FM setting.
