Job summary

Amaze Health is seeking a Physician to join our virtual care team. The Physician will supervise and support our interdisciplinary team, providing guidance for consultations and periodic reviews.

You will ask intuitive questions, reach informed diagnoses, interpret labs, prescribe medications, and collaborate with Physicians, PAs, NPs and Nurses to deliver high‑quality care. Must be licensed in Georgia (MD/DO) with a DEA license and maintain patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• MD or DO medical degree, in good standing.
• DEA license required.
• Must reside in Georgia.
• Proven experience as a physician.
• Confidentiality and professional ethics are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ask intuitive questions to discover causes of illness.
• Reach an informed diagnosis based on medical history and science.
• Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information.
• Prescribe medications with clear administration instructions.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses to form a high-performing team.
• Maintain a climate of trust and compassion for patients and stay up-to-date with medical developments.

We are looking for a Physician to join our team. The Physician will provide supervision and serve as resources to our interdisciplinary team. Minimal time required to consult and conduct periodic reviews.

Responsibilities

• Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history
• Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information
• Prescribe medications or drugs and provide comprehensive instructions for administration
• Collaborate with other Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses to form a high performing team
• Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patientsRemain up-to-speed with developments and best practices in medicine

• Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic (DO) - in good standing

Salary: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
