Amaze Health is seeking a physician to join our team to deliver concierge-style virtual care. You will supervise and support an interdisciplinary team while providing diagnosis, treatment plans, and patient education via telemedicine.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, possess a valid DEA license, and reside in Georgia. Duties include collaborating with medical staff and staying current with medical advances to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Physician.
• Respect for patient’s confidentiality.
• MD/DO degree in good standing.
• DEA License.
• Must live in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Ask intuitive questions to discover causes of illness.
• Reach an informed diagnosis based on science and patient history.
• Prescribe and interpret lab tests to obtain more information.
• Prescribe medications or drugs and provide administration instructions.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses to form a high performing team.
• Remain up-to-speed with developments and best practices in medicine.
