Job summary

Amaze Health is seeking a licensed physician to join its concierge-style virtual care team. You will supervise and support an interdisciplinary group and conduct periodic reviews, with minimal time required for consultations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, ordering tests, prescribing medications, and collaborating with physicians, PAs, NPs, and nurses to deliver high-quality care. Must be Georgia-licensed and MD/DO in good standing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Physician.
• Respect for patient privacy and confidentiality.
• MD or DO in good standing, with active license.
• DEA License.
• Must live in the state of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Ask intuitive questions to discover causes of illness.
• Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and patient history.
• Prescribe and interpret tests to obtain more information.
• Prescribe medications and provide administration instructions.
• Collaborate with Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses to form a high-performing team.
• Remain up-to-date with developments and best practices in medicine.

We are looking for a Physician to join our team. The Physician will provide supervision and serve as resources to our interdisciplinary team. Minimal time required to consult and conduct periodic reviews.

• Prescribe medications or drugs and provide comprehensive instructions for administration
• Collaborate with other Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses to form a high performing team
