Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a talent sourcer to help achieve staffing objectives by sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified, diverse applicants under occasional guidance. You’ll determine the most effective sourcing methods and craft creative strategies to attract top candidates.

Responsibilities include posting positions, running advertisements, attending job fairs, reviewing referrals, and pre-qualifying candidates via phone screens.

• Source external passive candidates using various resources and/or creative methods.
• Post positions via internet; run advertisements; organize and attend job fairs; review employee referrals; social media, etc.
• Conduct phone screens to pre-qualify all candidates for interview consideration.
