- Outpatient Clinic, Hospital, and Surgical Integration
- Current Physicians in Practice: 2
- Patient Demographics: 100% Adult
- Practice Composition: Over 95% office/clinic-based, less than 5% inpatient care
Onsite Facilities
- Laboratory and X‑Ray
- Infrastructure: 2‑3 Exam Rooms
- Support Staff: 1 Nurse, 1 Receptionist

Location Requirements
Candidates must reside within a 40‑mile radius or be open to relocation.
Qualifications
- Board Eligible (within the last 5 years) or Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Ohio medical license (or the intention to acquire)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)
Clinical Capabilities Required
- Management of Arthritis, Bursitis
- Treatment for Dislocations, Joint Pain, and Inflammation
- Surgical and non‑surgical interventions for Ligament Tears, Bunions
- Addressing Foot and Ankle Deformities, Fractures
- Procedures involving Corticosteroid Injections and Hyaluronic Acid Injections
- Management of Frozen Shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) and Impingement Syndrome
- Assessment and treatment of Loose/Foreign Bodies, Rotator Cuff Tears
- Management of Bone Deformities, Infections, and Tumors
- Addressing Nonunions, Malunions, and complex spine injuries
- Rehabilitative treatment for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tendon Injuries, and Dislocated Kneecaps
- Management of Cartilage and Meniscus Injuries, as well as Tennis and Golfer’s Elbow
Certification Requirements
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certification or Eligibility
- State Licensure (Ohio)
