This full-time role emphasizes leadership in corporate healthcare delivery, supporting patients and families while driving program success and compliance across palliative care services. The role requires at least 6 months in medical records management, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook, and prior home health experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in medical records management in a home health or hospital setting
• Experience managing documents within MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Home Health experience
• Prior experience with Worldview or Homecare/Home base systems preferred
• Experience with reconciling and preparing year end and W2’s
• High school diploma or GED required
