Physician Supervisor - Psych or Neurology - VA C&P Exams - Travel/Remote

We are seeking a licensed MD or DO with board certification in Psychiatry, Neurosurgery, Physiatry, or Neurology to supervise the Medical Disability Exam Travel team. This role involves evaluating VA disability claims, including TBI exams, and requires traveling within the U.S. to conduct exams at various locations. When not traveling, you will oversee team activities, establish collaborations with mid-level providers, and handle ACE and IMO requests as per contractual obligations. The position offers remote work flexibility, with travel expected 50% or more of the time.

Minimum Qualifications

• Licensed MD or DO with current, unrestricted license
• Board certification in Psychiatry, Neurosurgery, Physiatry, or Neurology
• Experience with VA disability evaluations and knowledge of VA quality measures
• Ability to perform detailed, accurate work and demonstrate leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (50% or more)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptable to various work environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified VA Compensation and Pension Examiner
• Military or veteran healthcare experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience

The annual salary ranges from $269,500 to $425,500, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, incentives, stock options, 401k, and more.
