We have an exciting opening for a Supervisor of the Travel Medical Disability Examiners to join our growing team. This supervisory role involves overseeing physicians and mid-level providers on the Medical Disability Exam Travel team. Responsibilities include evaluating and conducting exams for Medical Disability claims for Veterans, including TBI exams.
This role requires traveling within the United States to fixed facilities and mobile units to conduct exams. When not traveling, you will oversee the team, establish collaborations with mid-level providers, and complete ACE and internal Medical Opinion requests as required by contracts. You will have the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
The salary range for this role is $269,500 to $425,500 annually, based on full-time employment, experience, and achievement of metrics. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, incentives, stock purchase options, and 401(k) contributions. All employees must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's telecommuting policies.
