Job summary

ADMA Biologics is seeking a Physician Substitute in Marietta, GA, to determine donor suitability under medical direction. The role includes screen‑donor exams, reviewing lab results, and ensuring SOP compliance in a plasma collection center.

The Physician Substitute provides medical oversight in screening, phlebotomy, and plasma processing and works with the Center Physician to ensure donor safety and program integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current RN, LPN, or Advanced EMT license in the state the Donor Center operates.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs new and returning donor physicals, and annual donor physicals.
• Administers donor informed consents and verifies donor understanding.
• Maintains donor records in compliance with cGMP.
• Reviews donor laboratory work and refers abnormal results.
• Provides care for donor reactions and oversees safety in phlebotomy and plasma processing.
