ADMA Biologics in Marietta, GA seeks a Physician Substitute (LPN, RN, Paramedic or EMT‑A) to determine donor suitability under Medical Director oversight. The role covers donor screening, laboratory review, and medical oversight of phlebotomy and plasma processing.

Requirements include a high school diploma, CPR certification, and an active RN/LPN or Advanced EMT license in the applicable state. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a high‑pressure environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in donor screening and record-keeping.
• Ability to work under pressure in a plasma donation center.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and GroupWise.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor physicals for new and returning donors.
• Administer consent forms for plasmapheresis and related programs.
• Review donor lab results and refer abnormal findings to physicians.
• Provide medical oversight in screening, phlebotomy, and plasma processing areas.
• Maintain accurate donor records in accordance with cGMP.
