Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Physician Substitute at our Siloam Springs, AR center. You will protect donor health, perform health screenings and exams, and collaborate with center staff to create a welcoming donor experience.

This full-time position offers competitive pay, monthly bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits. You will be cross-trained across center functions including phlebotomy and station setup, with weekend work possible depending on needs.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or higher education.
• Licensed in the state of employment as RN, Paramedic, LPN, Advanced/Intermediate or Basic EMT.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.

What You’ll Do

As a Physician Substitute, you will be a key member of the site’s lean team, responsible for donor health and safety and a critical part of the donor experience. You’ll work collaboratively with center staff to create a positive environment for the team and our donors. Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
