Job summary

A leading urgent care provider is seeking a Physician for the St. Louis Region with a sign-on bonus of $25k. You will examine and treat patients, collaborate with advanced practice providers, and enjoy multiple bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• 2–5 years of post-residency clinical experience, with at least 18 months in urgent care or emergency medicine.
• Experience treating patients across all age groups.

• Proficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting, and in reading EKGs and X-rays
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfort collaborating with advanced practice providers

Responsibilities

• Examining and treating patients with acute conditions.
• Taking medical histories and ordering diagnostic tests.
• Making diagnoses and prescribing medications.
• Performing minor procedures and administering vaccinations.
• Documenting patient progress and coordinating follow‑up care
• Supervising and collaborating with PA/NPs, including remote supervision and credentialing support
• Working 8‑ or 12‑hour shifts in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused setting

Skills

Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds

Strong communication and listening skills

Proficiency in minor procedures like suturing
