Job summary

Tryon Med in Charlotte, NC seeks a Physician Sourcing & Recruitment Coordinator to manage candidate sourcing, interview logistics, and pre-boarding across the organization. You will partner with the Physician Recruiter and Senior Director of Physician Support Services to build pipelines and coordinate site visits, travel, and onboarding activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, travel, and materials; delivering a concierge candidate experience for physicians and spouses;

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of recruiting experience; physician, healthcare, or agency recruiting preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong event planning and project coordinating experience.
• Comfortable interacting with physicians and executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule physician candidate interviews, site visits, and leadership meetings.
• Prepare interview materials, candidate packets, and briefing information for interview teams.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience for physician candidates and spouses/partners.
• Proactively identify candidates via databases, associations, conferences, and referrals.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, outreach activity, and recruitment status in systems.
• Support pre-boarding, onboarding milestones, and cross-functional coordination.
