Seeking a BC/BE Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine Physician to join our growing Sleep Center in western Wisconsin near the MN and IA borders. This practice involves 50% Sleep Medicine and outpatient Pulmonary Medicine. You will join 2 physicians and 3 APC staff in the sleep practice, and 4 pulmonary physicians with 3 APCs in pulmonary clinic. The facility includes an 8-bed sleep lab on-site and a 2-bed regional sleep lab, with partnership with five rural hospitals also equipped with 2-bed sleep labs.

Primary Pulmonary responsibilities include outpatient pulmonary clinic, 3-4 inpatient pulmonary floor shifts per month, staffing APCs, teaching residents and medical students, and PFT reads. The team comprises respiratory therapists, medical assistants, nurses, a pulmonary nodule clinic, and a COPD clinic. We have excellent polysomnographic technicians, respiratory therapists, medical assistants, and neuro-diagnosticians. Our vibrant virtual and telemedicine sleep practice enhances patient care.

Our facility is a 320+ bed Level II Trauma Center with two medical transport helicopters and a ground ambulance serving a 22-county region of over 700,000 residents. The regional system includes six critical access hospitals and 65+ clinics. An academic partnership with the University of Wisconsin Medical School offers opportunities for teaching and research alongside patient care. Our environmental sustainability program promotes community health through clean energy initiatives.
