Job description

Seeking BE/BC OBGYN to join our team in La Crosse.

In this role, you will collaborate with 17 physician colleagues in a practice that combines clinic and OR time, with a shared, equitable call schedule. Our well-established certified nurse midwife (CNM) practice has been a vital part of our team for over 40 years, providing comprehensive maternity care and working closely with our OB/GYN team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

This position is supported by advanced technology and a collaborative environment that empowers you to deliver exceptional care. Highlights of our practice and hospital include:

• State-of-the-art OR suites equipped with the Da Vinci Surgical System.
• Comprehensive labor and delivery unit with 15 beds, and an OB unit with 16 beds.
• Nursery with 14 beds.
• 24-hour in-house anesthesia coverage for continuous support during obstetric and surgical cases.
• Level III NICU with 18 beds supporting our most vulnerable patients.
• On-site sonographers for convenience and enhanced care.
• Stable patient population supported by a strong referral network.
• Family Medicine OB Fellowship supported by a multidisciplinary team, including OB/GYN and family medicine faculty, fostering learning and mentorship.
• Average clinic census of 18-20 patients per day.
