This role acts as an ambassador of care for patients before and after visits and procedures, supporting clinics, providers, and departmental workflows to ensure patient satisfaction in the clinic and OR.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, 1–2 years of equivalent experience, and strong medical terminology knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

The position will work as a resource to help support clinics and providers. The expectation from this position is that it will support and assist in departmental workflows, processes, and procedures to maintain departmental consistency and ensure patient satisfaction throughout the clinic and OR.
