Job summary

Altais is seeking a dedicated and proactive Physician Services Advisor to join our team. You will be the primary internal contact for all service lines provided to network physicians, supporting daily administrative operations and driving high-quality service.

You will travel up to 75% regionally and help onboarding, training, and ongoing support while advocating for Altais products and policies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in health care administration or physician office admin.
• 2–3 years of experience with patient and physician portals and EMR/EMH systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office administration.
• Ability to use independent judgment within established policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal contact for all service lines provided by Altais to network physicians.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations and monitor physician participation from entry through tenure.
• Assist with onboarding new physicians and staff, handling account setups and paperwork.
• Facilitate internal and external meetings to discuss and resolve issues and promote positive relationships.
