Qualifications

• Three plus years of leadership experience in practice management of multiple locations.
• Five plus years of relevant clinical operations experience.
• Effective working knowledge of healthcare financial management, operations, and strategy.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive innovation and change.
• Collaborate with division service line leaders and hospital business development teams.
• Proactively identify growth opportunities to increase market share.
• Direct and manage strategic projects for patient flow, patient satisfaction, billing, coding and staff training.
• Oversee human resources responsibilities and supervise physicians and practice staff.
