Ogden Clinic is seeking a Physician Scheduler for Oncology Hematology in Ogden, UT. This full-time role schedules patient appointments per provider criteria, answers phones, and helps create provider schedules in a fast-paced call-center like environment.

We offer competitive pay starting at $15.00+ per hour with potential increases based on experience, as well as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, PTO, disability coverage, EAP, and holiday pay. No nights or weekends in most cases.

Description

Under the direct supervision of the Patient Services Manger, the Scheduler is responsible for providing excellent customer service skills when scheduling patient appointments according to criteria set forth by individual providers and the department. This position also answers phones and assists with creation of provider schedules.
