Position Overview

• Role: Physician for Virtual Patient Care
• Location: Fully Remote
• Schedule: Available 10 hours a week, scheduling is flexible
• Scheduled video visits
• Additional program opportunities are available
• Compensation: 1099 contract opportunity at $120/hour

Some Responsibilities Include

• Conduct scheduled sync visits with patients across SteadyMD's programs, including urgent care, weight management, lab review, remote patient monitoring, and primary care.
• Deliver patient care via video, phone (scheduled and on-demand), and asynchronous communication with patients of all ages (adults and pediatrics).
• Serve a diverse patient population while exemplifying inclusivity and evidence-based clinical practices.
• Maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care delivery.
• Participate in supervision requirements as applicable for credentialing and licensure.

Requirements

• Active Physician (MD/DO) license in at least 2 of the following states: CA, FL, TX, NY
• Minimum of 5 active state licenses
• Board Certified, Family or Internal Medicine preferred
• 3 years of independent practice experience as an NP preferred
• Telemedicine or virtual care experience is preferred
• Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours/week (flexible on time of day/days of the week)
• Proficiency with telemedicine technology platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong professionalism and ability to work autonomously
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate empathy
