Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Concierge Sales Marketer to join their team focused on enhancing patient care and building professional relationships. The role involves visiting physician offices and providing marketing support to ensure seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities include relationship development, customer service, marketing coordination, and learning opportunities within the healthcare field. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a passion for patient care.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of healthcare, marketing, customer service, or sales experience.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit physician offices to introduce imaging services.
• Build relationships with physicians and office managers.
• Respond to physician office questions and resolve service concerns.
• Coordinate Lunch & Learns and assist with CME events.
• Maintain CRM documentation and update referral databases.
• Complete structured sales training and learn imaging modalities.
