Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners in Connecticut is seeking a Physician & Community Relations Manager to grow referral networks, strengthen relationships with primary care and specialty providers, and enhance community engagement across our geographic footprint.

Reporting to Marketing & Communications, you will lead office visits, lunch-and-learns, sponsorships and events, and help generate stories and photos for digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5-8 years of physician relations, healthcare marketing, or related work.
• Experience building relationships with physicians and community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with referring physicians and other sources.
• Conduct physician visits, lunch-and-learn events, and educational outreach.
• Track referral activity and report on outreach efforts and growth.
• Coordinate sponsorships, community events, and content creation with marketing.
