Job summary

Medici Orthopaedics & Spine, a physician-led interventional pain management and spine practice serving Metro Atlanta, seeks a Physician Liaison. You will build strategic relationships with PI attorneys, primary care physicians, urgent care clinics, and other referring providers across Metro Atlanta.

Responsibilities include expanding referral networks in Kennesaw and Snellville, managing partner portfolios, and delivering clear, data-driven presentations to decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years in healthcare business development or physician liaison roles.
• Proven track record in physician or healthcare referral development.
• Strong presentation skills to executives (attorneys, physicians, leadership).
• CRM proficiency and data discipline with pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand referral base in Metro Atlanta (Kennesaw, Snellville).
• Manage a tiered portfolio of referring partners with structured meetings.
• Conduct 20–30 strategic meetings per month with data and agendas.
• Source and develop new referral partners and build relationships from first contact to steady referrals.
• Deliver polished presentations to attorneys, physician groups, and staff on Medici's capabilities and referral process.
• Educate contacts on full service capabilities and position Medici as preferred referral destination.
