Job Title: Physician Recruiter WFH

Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and placement activities.
• Build partnerships with hospital and operations teams.
• Develop and implement recruitment plans tailored to each opportunity.
• Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Negotiate contracts and create physician spend proformas.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.
• Coordinate site visits and facilitate communication with candidates and leadership.
• Identify healthcare recruitment trends and develop strategic responses.
• Engage with educational institutions and represent the company at industry events.
• Utilize systems like Salesforce/Optimum for data management.
• Participate in training and develop proformas for placements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and manage applicant queues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3+ years of related experience.
